Ballot and Instructions

By November 2, 2019, you Should Have Received a Ballot in the Mail. Look for this envelope:

Here are the instructions:

  1. You may vote for up to five candidates — any number between 0 and 5.

  2. Please also note and answer the ballot question.

  3. Place your completed ballot in the provided Secret Ballot Sleeve. Insert the sleeve in the posted paid reply envelope (and sign the envelope where indicated) — then mail.

  4. If you haven’t received a ballot, if you’ve mismarked the ballot and need a replacement, or if you’ve lost the ballot), call 877-324-7655 to request a replacement ballot.

The deadline for ballots to be received is noon on January 13, 2020. Ballots will be tabulated, in the presence of observers, at the PVHA Annual Meeting on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

NOTE THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE ONLY IF YOU ARE A PVHA MEMBER BECAUSE YOU OWN A LOT IN PVE OR MIRALESTE. RENTERS ARE NOT MEMBERS. ONE VOTE PER LOT, BUT IF YOU HAVE A DOUBLE LOT OR OWN MORE THAN ONE PROPERTY, YOU GET TO RETURN MULTIPLE BALLOTS.

ROBE RECOMMENDS YOU VOTE “YES” ON THE QUORUM QUESTION, AND VOTE FOR THE FOUR ROBE CANDIDATES. Note you can vote for up to five candidates, but you can vote for any number from 0 to 5. If you don’t like any of the candidates, please return the ballot with that part blank but with a “yes” vote on the quorum question so that your vote can count towards the important quorum question, and towards the actual ballot count received (to help reach the quorum).

As of December 11, 2019, PVHA logged in 1126 signed ballots received, and another 210 which were not accepted as valid because there was no signature on the external envelope returned. PVHA has been sending letters to members who have not signed ballots – click here
